1. Book a Free Audio CallA short call to discuss your skin concerns and confirm if the service is the right fit. You’ll share your goals, and I’ll explain how the process works.2. Confirm & Send PhotosOnce we decide to move forward, I’ll send you the necessary paperwork for the session, this includes a short client intake form, a skin history questionnaire, and a professional disclaimer outlining service boundaries and consent.You’ll complete your payment, fill out the forms, schedule a slot and send three clear daylight photos (front and sides) for analysis.3. Live Video Session (40/60 mins)After I receive your paperwork, we meet in a video call (40–60 minutes depending on the package) to review your skin concerns, triggers, and goals with a gut–skin and Ayurvedic lens..4. Personalized AnalysisUpon finishing the live call, you will recieve your written summary or detailed report based on the package you choose, outlining your routine, guidance, and next steps. within 7 business days.5. Follow-Up (If Needed)Follow-up sessions are booked separately unless included in your package (premium package has one email follow up included).

These sessions are ideal if you want a deeper understanding of your skin using esthetics, gut–skin science, and Ayurveda.⸻2. How is this different from a facial or dermatologist visit?This is not a treatment or prescription service.
It’s a holistic, root-cause skin assessment that looks at your barrier, digestion, inflammation patterns, lifestyle, and dosha balance to give you clarity and a personalized plan.⸻3. What happens during the free audio call?In the 15-minute discovery call, we discuss your goals, skin history, and whether the package you’re considering is the right fit. It’s a no-pressure, informational conversation.⸻4. What kind of photos do I need to send?You’ll send three clear, makeup-free daylight photos (front + both sides). These help me assess your skin tone, texture, and overall condition before your session.⸻5. What happens after I book a package?You’ll receive a secure payment link, intake forms, a skin history questionnaire, and a professional consent form. After submitting your photos and forms, you’ll schedule your session.⸻6. What happens in the live video session?I will review your skin concerns, triggers, and patterns, and I will build your plan using gut–skin science, barrier repair principles, and Ayurveda. All packages include a written summary or a detailed professional report depending on what you book. Premium packages include an in-depth report; other packages receive a concise one-page summary.⸻8. Do I get follow-up support?Premium packages include a complimentary follow-up email.

Are refunds available?Because this service is personalized and time-based, refunds are not available once your booking is confirmed or after any material has been delivered.⸻10. 12. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?You may reschedule your session once with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

They say the gut controls everything and honestly, who knows that better than me?I lived through the rashes, the inflammation, the confusion, the skin that reacted to every little thing. My own gut taught me the language of my skin long before I studied it.So I followed the science first.I earned my BSc in Chemistry, then a Master’s in Nanotechnology, believing answers lived in data and microscopes.But even with all that knowledge, my skin kept reminding me that healing wasn’t just chemical reactions, it was emotional patterns, stress cycles, digestion, habits, and culture.In 2019, I left the lab and became a Licensed Esthetician. Then came acne training. Then Ayurveda. And finally, I completed my Gut Health certification; the moment everything clicked.My flare-ups weren’t random. My gut issues weren’t “in my head.” My skin wasn’t misbehaving. It was communicating.And once I understood its language, everything changed. My skin healed. My gut finally calmed down.Today, my entire method is built on what I lived through: skin heals when the inside heals.
